General principles

WHATSVAPE reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and exchange applications.

Customers must ensure that the condition of the returned goods does not affect secondary sales, or meets the requirements of WHATSVAPE suppliers for returns and exchanges. We will reject your return or exchange application under the following circumstances, including:

- Goods that have been washed, used or damaged due to your personal reasons;

- Lack of original product labels and tags;

- The outer box or packaging is damaged or missing;

- Incomplete items.



Ordering Products

1. All reservations are made based on the guest's requirements, including but not limited to style, color, size, etc., so no returns or exchanges will be provided.

2. After payment is confirmed for all orders, no modifications can be made unless confirmed by us in writing. Under any circumstances, all orders that have been paid and confirmed cannot be canceled.

3. We will not determine the size for our customers. We will only provide our store’s sales experience and official size information for customers’ reference. The final decision on the size chosen rests with the customer.

4. All products are subject to actual factory settings. The booking pictures provided on this website are for reference only. If the manufacturer needs to modify the design of the product for reasonable reasons, including but not limited to product safety, because the old design poses risks to users, etc., we will not cancel the order or accept any return or exchange application for this modification.

5. Under the following special circumstances, our store will provide a full refund or exchange for the customer:

- Supplier out of stock

- Style/size does not match what is stated on the order

- Major damage that prevents the product from performing its original functions

- If it is just a general product defect, including glue stains, threads or stains no larger than 5% of the volume of the product, or the original packaging is defective due to express transportation, it cannot be used as a request for return or exchange. WHATSVAPE reserves the right of final decision.

6. All return and exchange applications must be submitted immediately when picking up the goods in the store. The goods will not be accepted when they are shipped out. If you choose SF Express for delivery, if there is any problem with the goods, there will be no returns or exchanges except for the wrong goods. If you have requirements on product quality, please come to the store to pick up and inspect the goods in person, and the goods must be delivered to you. Applications submitted within 24 hours will not be accepted after that time.

7. The contents of the goods in the order are settled independently. Therefore, if the goods in the order are not fully arrived when picking up the goods, the customer must first pay the balance of the goods picked up. If some of the goods in the order are unsuccessful, the company will refund the deposit paid for the unsuccessful goods. In this case, the customer must also pay the remaining balance of the remaining successfully ordered items in full. If the customer requires that all the goods in the order can be successfully ordered, it must be proposed to us and received written confirmation from us before the transaction is carried out.




Ready-made products

1. All in-stock products will not be returned or exchanged upon delivery.

2. If you choose SF Express for delivery, if there is any problem with the goods, there will be no returns or exchanges except for the wrong goods. If you have requirements for product quality, please come to the store to pick up the goods and inspect the goods.

3. For all ready-made products, if you choose to pick up the goods at a store, if the product does not fit, you can exchange the size or model immediately, and no refunds will be given.
